This year, the Florida Surplus Lines Association (FSLA), in partnership with the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO), is launching the Under 40 Leadership Scholarship, providing a new leadership experience at the FSLA Annual Convention designed specifically for excess and surplus lines professionals under the age of 40.
Created to strengthen engagement and elevate the next generation of industry leaders, this experience provides selected participants with access to convention programming, direct interaction with senior leaders, and opportunities to build meaningful connections within the excess and surplus lines marketplace.
Selected participants will receive:
- Complimentary registration to the FSLA Annual Convention, provided by Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO), which includes full access to all educational sessions, networking events, and official convention programming hosted by Florida Surplus Lines Association (FSLA).
- Please note: Thursday afternoon activities and spouse/guest registrations are not included and will be at the recipient’s expense.
- Recognition as a selected the Under 40 Leadership Scholarship participant.
Participation is limited. Qualified professionals under 40 are invited to apply for consideration.
Selected participants will be chosen based on their industry involvement, leadership potential, and commitment to continued professional growth. FSLA membership is not required to apply.
