FSLA has secured a special reduced rate of $375 per night for a Deluxe King room. There are a variety of room rates and categories available to meet your needs.
The FSLA room block at The Breakers is available to registrants of the FSLA Annual Convention. You must participate as an attendee or speaker to qualify for the room block. Once you register for this event you will receive a reservation booking link in your registration confirmation.
The FSLA room block at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club is currently sold out.

Overflow Hotel Information
FSLA has secured an overflow room block at the AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown. Access to the hotel reservation link will be provided after completion of your convention registration.
If you plan to attend and require accommodations, we strongly encourage you to complete your convention registration as soon as possible to ensure access to available hotel options.
The deadline to make hotel reservations is Monday, July 20, 2026.
FSLA’s room blocks are reserved and intended only for registered Convention attendees. FSLA staff may check room manifests against the list of registered attendees.

Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Reservations via the reservation link provided in their confirmation e-mail by July 20, 2026. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of reservation check-in.

Hotel Deadlines
Reservations must be made by Thursday, July 1, 2027 to receive this special reduced rate. The association can only reserve a certain number rooms at the discounted rate. Once the room block is sold out, even if that day is prior to the cutoff date, a higher prevailing room rate will apply. We encourage to register for convention and make your hotel reservations early as the FSLA hotel room block is anticipated to fill quickly.

The following policies are applicable to room reservations:
- One-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation.
- 3-day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled within 3 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable).
- If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies.
- All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in.

In the past, several companies have contacted our attendees offering a reduced rate or acting as an agent authorized to transact on behalf of FSLA or The Vinoy. FSLA does not provide any attendee information to the hotel, third party, or work with any housing company. Please make your hotel reservations directly with The Vinoy through the link provided in your registration confirmation. Please do not give your credit card information by email or phone.
