Run of House Guest Room – $276.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
(1 King or 2 Queens in Standard (Non-Suite) Configuration in Historic Building or Guest Tower. Actual Room Type is Assigned at Check-in)
Resort Fees
Room rates will be subject to a daily resort fee of $24.00 plus tax per room per night. This has been discounted from the standard pricing of $40.00 plus tax per room per night.
Resort Fee includes:
- Daily enhanced high-speed internet access in guest room
- Access to Wellness Classes, one hour, 2 persons per day
- Access to Tennis Courts, including rackets and balls per day, 90 minutes, 2 persons per day
- Two complimentary specialty cocktails per stay at either the Veranda or Paul’s Landing
- E-Bike rentals, (2) one-hour rentals per day, based on availability
- Access to two (2) St. Petersburg History Museum Tickets per stay
Valet Fees
The hotel offers valet parking to their hotel guests. Valet parking is offered with unlimited in-out privileges at the discounted rate of $34/night plus tax.
The hotel reservation link will be made available upon completing your convention registration. Please do not share it with colleagues or individuals who are not registered for the event. Event registration will open on April 15, 2026.

HOTEL DEADLINES
Reservations must be made by Monday, July 20, 2026 to receive this special reduced rate. The association can only reserve a certain number rooms at the discounted rate. Once the room block is sold out, even if that day is prior to the cutoff date, a higher prevailing room rate will apply. We encourage to register for convention and make your hotel reservations early as the FSLA hotel room block is anticipated to fill quickly.
The following policies are applicable to room reservations:
- One-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation.
- 5-day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled within 5 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable).
- If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies.
- All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in.
FSLA’s room block is reserved and intended only for registered Convention attendees. FSLA staff will check rooming lists against the list of registered attendees.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE BE AWARE OF HOTEL RESERVATION SCAMS!
In the past, several companies have contacted our attendees offering a reduced rate or acting as an agent authorized to transact on behalf of FSLA or The Vinoy. FSLA does not provide any attendee information to the hotel, third party, or work with any housing company. Please make your hotel reservations directly with The Vinoy through the link provided in your registration confirmation. Please do not give your credit card information by email or phone.
